sesame place

Two weeks back, my sister and I took the kids to Sesame Place. We had won tickets from a photo challenge on Instagram, which made attending the park all the more exciting! We had a great time. The weather was perfect. Every ride was open-- including newly opened ones this year; and we got to see so many characters. Though Logan is still not into up-close-and-personal visits with the characters, she enjoys watching them from afar. At freshly 12 and almost 11, Jordy and Ang are still not 'too cool' for characters, and all things sesame. They had a blast, and I hope they never outgrow the park so they can continue to go with us. They are the best big cousins. We are lucky to have them.

lovely day

Today was a lovely day. The sun was shining. The air was cool. And lunch at one of the best restaurants in town was perfect, as usual. We ate, walked around town, and bought a few things.
